Philippines government consist of three branches . In september 1972 , President Ferdinand Marcos imposed material law (military rule ) in the philippines .

The impact on corona virus  is the total number of  covid-19 cases and the number of related deaths by gender. Random effects models with the inverse variance method were used for meta-analyses. Results are reported as death risk ratios . All reports says the same but there is no clue how the governments feel , or is impacted on covid - 19 .
