Day Six Assignment - Quality of Life Data

What is the demographic data of your country and what does it indicate about the QOL?


Directions:

  1. Open blogger.com and start a new post

  2. Title your Blog [country name] and QOL Data ex: Canada QOL Data

  3. On the right side under labels, it says "separate labels by commas". In this box, write the name of your country (double check the spelling).


Part 1: Country QOL Data

  1. Record the Data of your country.

  1. Use https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/resources/the-world-factbook/

  2. Choose “Please select a country to view”. 

    1. Once you have selected your country you can find the information in the sections “People and Society” and “Economy”


  1. Record all the necessary information (below)

    1. Birth rate

    2. Death rate

    3. Infant mortality rate

    4. Life expectancy

    5. Literacy rate

    6. GDP per capita

  2. Cite the the websites used


Part 2: Quality of Life Analysis

  1. Write a paragraph explaining if the Quality of Life (QOL) is low, high, or average. Compare your data to the world averages.
