Vietnam Religion
Buddhism is the most common religion in Vietnam, Buddhism is thought to have arrived in Vietnam from both India and China by no later than the 2nd century CE. At the time, and until the 10th century, the territory we call Vietnam today was dominated by China. Buddhism developed in Vietnam with an unmistakable Chinese influence. By practicing Buddha’s teachings they protect themselves from suffering and problems. All the problems they experience during daily life originate from negative states of mind.
Vietnam and Corona Virus
The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted religion in various ways, the closure of Sunday Schools, temples and more. visiting gone low as no one wants to get the virus as in Vietnam theirs a lot of case reporters. anyone arriving at an airport or anywhere else in a major Vietnamese city had to go through compulsory body temperature screening and fill in a health self-declaration, stating their contact details and travel and health history.
